Vida Nueva [LP]

Isamu McGregor - Vida Nueva [LP]

Pianist Isamu McGregor's Vida Nueva took more than five years to make, shaped by parenthood, the pandemic and his family being uprooted by the Eaton Fire. Two intimate piano duets with his mentor Jean Michel Pilc anchor the record, while a four-part improvised suite, 'The Fates', ties the wide-ranging material together with tap dancer Andrew Nemr, guitars, saxophone, synth bass and drums.

Released on black vinyl by Ghost Note Records.
