Place an order
An account is not necessary to place an order with us. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be stepped through the checkout process for your item(s). During the checkout process, you will enter information necessary to create your account. This information will be available in your account the next time you place an order with us.

Shipping

We will select the lowest traceable shipping option through USPS, UPS and DHL.  Most domestic orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours unless it is a weekend or holiday.  International orders are shipped out once per week and we exclusively use DHL. If you have items ordered that are located at different warehouses, your items will first be shipped to one of our locations and then sent to you internationally. If your customs requires your Tax ID to be included, please make sure you've included that in the order notes so that there is no delay in your order.

Product Description/Stock Photos

Besides our staff, our suppliers will also add product to the site and sometimes a stock photo will not match a description and other times a description might not match a stock photo. Our suppliers may also use stock photos that suggest an item is from another popular retailer.  The item you receive will generally not include the other retailers hype sticker but will be the version in the description.  Often times a popular retailers version will be the same as a limited edition European edition.  If you are ever not sure, please ask us and we can help clarify and update the listing.
