Place an order
An account is not necessary to place an order with us. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be stepped through the checkout process for your item(s). During the checkout process, you will enter information necessary to create your account. This information will be available in your account the next time you place an order with us.

Shipping

We will select the lowest traceable shipping option through USPS, UPS and DHL. Most in-stock domestic and international orders are packaged and shipped within 72 business hours unless it is a weekend or holiday.  We will use the shipping you purchased but please note an expedited shipping does not make our processing time go faster. If your customs requires your Tax ID to be included, please make sure you've included that in the order notes so that there is no delay in your order.

Product Description/Stock Photos

Besides our staff, our suppliers will also add product to the site and sometimes a stock photo will not match a description and other times a description might not match a stock photo. Our suppliers may also use stock photos that suggest an item is from another popular retailer.  The item you receive will generally not include the other retailers hype sticker but will be the version in the description.  Often times a popular retailers version will be the same as a limited edition European edition.  If you are ever not sure, please ask us and we can help clarify and update the listing.

Discounts, Promo Codes, Special Offers

We love when we can offer a sale a promo code or any other special offer.  Promo codes are good on in-stock items (upon processing) and do not apply to pre-orders (which are not in-stock) and do not apply to items that are already on sale.  We sell across different marketplaces and there is always a chance that an item you orders during our sale will be sold out by the time we process your order.  When you purchase an item on sale or with a promo code and we do not have this item in-stock we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment.  We will not hold your order for processing since the item is not in-stock at the time of processing and the discount only applies to in-stock items.  We are working hard to connect our various marketplaces so that we have an even more accurate inventory but please understand we are doing the best we can with the systems in place today to offer the most accurate inventory count.
