📅 Purchase Options & Pre-Orders

Some items in our store are available as pre-orders. Please review the following before purchasing.

What Is a Pre-Order? When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock or not yet released. Release dates are listed on each product page and are subject to change by the label at any time. Pre-orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis — ordering early improves your chances of securing a copy.

Cancellations

• You may cancel a pre-order up to 2 weeks before the release date for a full refund to your original payment method
• A 5% restocking fee applies to bulk cancellations (more than one copy of the same title)
• Cancellations requested within 2 weeks of the release date cannot be guaranteed — the order may already be moving through the fulfillment chain. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot promise a successful cancellation at that stage
• Please note that cancellations do not recover the credit card processing fees incurred by our small business. We appreciate you keeping this in mind before requesting a cancellation

Made-to-Order Pre-Orders Some pre-orders are produced to order directly by the label and do not permit cancellations on our end. For these titles, we are unable to accept cancellation requests. This will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
