Te Deum [Vinyl]

James Taylor Quartet - Te Deum [Vinyl]

Te Deum brings James Taylor Quartet’s Hammond-led jazz, funk and Latin grooves together with the Benenden Chapel Choir. A guest horn section and percussionist Snowboy join the ensemble as it reworks the ancient sacred text in a contemporary musical setting. “Have Mercy on Us” connects samba rhythms with chant, while “Wildflower” draws on bossa nova and bright vocal harmonies.

Edition: Vinyl.
