Synth Gems 1 [Book]

Mike Metlay - Synth Gems 1 [Book]

Synth Gems 1 is a guide to an eclectic and amazing collection of more than 60 remarkable keyboard synthesizers, from genre-defining classics to rare oddities with their own particular grace. A brief introduction to the basic elements of synth design and a comprehensive glossary make it welcoming for newcomers.

It also tours the three museums that opened their collections to be photographed, and closes with resources for further study: books, films, education and online. Written by Mike Metlay, with a foreword by Vince Clarke, and published by Bjooks.
