SUBMASQ's Spirit Animal continues the band's transformation from Subterranean Masquerade, blending progressive metal with Middle Eastern instrumentation, symphonic textures and experimental rock.

Produced by Tomer Pink, the album was recorded across the Middle East and Sweden's Fascination Street Studios, with guest musicians including Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal and players on oud, bouzouki, tabla, violin and cello.
