Acid Casuals - Omni [CD]

Acid Casuals is a loose Cardiff collective formed in 1994 around Super Furry Animals synth player Cian Ciarán, ex-Big Leaves bassist Kev Tame and musician and actor Llyr Evans. Omni, their only album, came out in 2006 between the Furries' Love Kraft and Hey Venus!, and has long been a cherished side chapter of Welsh music. Its ten songs move between electronic abstraction, ambient melody, skewed pop, vocal experiments and psychedelic songwriting, ending on the woozy doo-wop of "Bowl Me Over."

Remastered for its 20th anniversary, this CD adds a Secondson remix, two demos and "Korkraken" to the original ten tracks.
