My Sweet Lord / Devil's Lead Soup [7"]

The Rudies – My Sweet Lord / Devil's Lead Soup [7"]

The Rudies' instrumental cover of George Harrison's 'My Sweet Lord' is a genuine rarity. Issued just once, in the UK in 1971 on the very collectible Spinning Wheel label, a Trojan sublabel, it turned out to be the last single the group ever recorded under that name. On the flip is the excellent instrumental 'Devil's Lead Soup'.

Reissued on 7-inch vinyl by Harlem Shuffle Records, the first time this single has been back in print since its original 1971 release.

Genre: Reggae.
