Mother Drum Father Sun [7"]

Midnight Society - Mother Drum Father Sun [7"]

Jasen Themeny's Midnight Society cut two sides of raw, locked-in deep jazz-funk: expressive keys, tough drums, heavy grooves and a clear Roy Ayers influence. It's the kind of 45 that sounds instantly familiar yet stayed buried for years, with originals now very hard to find.

Reissued on 7" in a strictly limited run of 500 copies that won't be repressed.
