One of contemporary boogie's biggest grails finds its way back to Star Creature in a full circle moment much larger than 7" in diameter. MIA made her debut for Mango Hill Records with 2020's heart-shaped Valentine's debut "Something ' Bout Your Love". Shortly after, the label put out a call for producers focusing on the boogie sound at the same time Toronto's Gil Masuda was previewing some demos looking for vocalists. Star Creature's Tim Zawada linked the two via IG and an anthem was born. "Love Me Right" is back in print and properly situated on the A Side delivering that bedroom meets dancefloor tough but tender gangster groove grail sound. The B-Side lets the freakier flag fly with "Creatures Of The Night" on the prowl.
