Honk Gong [LP]

Honk Gong - Honk Gong [LP]

Honk Gong is a duo blending dreamy, sample-heavy trip-hop with the jagged spirit of no wave, with MC and producer Robin Jiro Margerin's laid-back flow riding woozy collages built by Paul Ramon. Think Tricky and Alan Vega crossed with A Tribe Called Quest. The album gathers 'Dissociate', 'Apocalypse Dub', 'Belly Rubber', 'Speedracer' and more.

Released on vinyl by the revived Celluloid Records, the legendary downtown New York label, which returned after decades away.
