On Vol. 1, Freerange gathers four diverse yet complementary tracks from Cody Currie, James Kumo, Jimpster & Bishy, and Radic The Myth, delivering a snapshot of the label's forward-thinking yet timeless approach to house music. Cody Currie leads the charge with "Better", a deep yet playful slice of groove-laden house from the ever-inventive London-born producer. Fusing dusty samples, swinging drums and jazzy flourishes, Cody's contribution brings warmth and good energy to the compilation. Next up James Kumo showcases his refined, stripped-back sound with a hypnotic workout that blends dubby chords, subtle textures, and crisp percussion.
