Limited black vinyl edition of 400 copies worldwide, in reverse board sleeves with double sided lyric insert and front cover sticker. P.P. Rebel is the harmonium-led, spiritually inspired project of Melbourne artist Paris Rebel Richens (Singer of Parsnip, Hierophants). Drawing on both Eastern spiritual traditions and Western influences such as The Incredible String Band, The Velvet Underground, Syd Barrett, and Skip Spence, P.P. Rebel has developed a sound distinctly its own: beautiful, calming, spiritually charming songs for the soul. Devotee was produced by Jack Crook at Sound Recordings, and mixed and mastered by Mikey Young.
