Desolation is the debut album by Dutch blues legends Cuby & The Blizzards and was released in 1966. Founded by vocalist Harry Muskee and guitarist Eelco Gelling, accompanied by guitarist Hans Kinds, bassist Willy Middel, drummer Hans Waterman and pianist Henk Hilbrandi, the album received the Edison Award. Desolation is available as a limited edition on silver colored vinyl and contains liner-notes on the back sleeve written by Dutch writer and poet Johnny the Selfkicker.
