Come Beautify the Night [LP]

Otis Mensah - Come Beautify the Night [LP]

Otis Mensah is a Sheffield rapper and poet, the city's first Poet Laureate, whose music blurs the line between hip-hop, spoken word and experimental soul. Come Beautify the Night gathers seven pieces with a crowd of collaborators, from "A Fire Named Homecoming" and "They Can't Colonise the Spirit" to the closing "Prayerhands and Headnods" with Georgia Anne Muldrow.

Pressed on standard black vinyl, this is a UK import release on First Terrace Records.
