Chopping Mountain [LP]

Ibibio Sound Machine - Chopping Mountain [LP]

Ibibio Sound Machine's Chopping Mountain combines Eno Williams' vocals with Afro-funk, highlife and electronic dance rhythms.

Produced by Max Grunhard, the album places Eno Williams' voice against horns, bass and electronic textures. The band brings highlife and funk traditions into conversation with contemporary dance music.
