Choca Las Caderas [LP]

Otto De Rojas - Choca Las Caderas [LP]

Choca Las Caderas — roughly "bump your hips" — brings Otto De Rojas to Vampisoul, the Madrid label famous for digging up overlooked Latin, tropical and soul recordings and giving them a second life. Expect the kind of hip-shaking, horn-and-percussion-driven dance music the title promises.

Pressed on black vinyl as part of Vampisoul's ongoing reissue program, this release is a fine addition for DJs and collectors of vintage Latin dance-floor records.
