Another Sunrise [LP]

Doug Beavers & Michael Zilber Group - Another Sunrise [LP]

Another Sunrise brings together trombonist Doug Beavers and saxophonist Michael Zilber's group for a modern jazz session full of strong writing and lively interplay between the horns and rhythm section, rooted in the post-bop tradition but looking forward. It's a record that swings hard when it needs to and leaves room for the ballads to breathe.

Released by Circle Nine and pressed on standard black vinyl as a single LP, made for listening start to finish.
