Wind Loop Case is a track-making project by Yusuke Shima, a leading trumpeter, flutist, and producer in Japan's contemporary jazz scene. His 2019 collaboration with trackmaker re:plus, ''Prayer,'' which sparked his involvement, has been a global hit, reaching over 4.8 million streams on Spotify alone. Shima's solo project, ''Wind Loop Case 1,'' released in 2023, has racked up over 500,000 streams on Spotify. The sequel, ''Wind Loop Case 2,'' will be released exclusively digitally on December 19, 2025. The complete CD album, ''Wind Loop Case 1&2,'' will finally be released in January 2026.
