Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchase. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Release dates for each product are listed on the product page and are subject to change by the music label at any time.

You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled up to 2 weeks before the release date with no issues. If it's during the 2 week period before the release then the product is now moving through the fullfillment chain and may not easily be stopped.  We can put in a request for you but there is no guarantee at this point.  Canceling an order does not refund the credit card fees imposed on a small business so please keep this in mind when you consider canceling an order.

Some pre-orders are made to order by the music label and do not allow cancelations from us.  For products like these, we also do not allow cancelations.  Thank you for understanding.
