OLUM is a Los Angeles-based Anatolian rock and roll group led by frontman Aykut ozen of Izmir. The group brings new life to the timeless genre of Turkish folk and presents a growing repertoire of original compositions. oLUM is determined to bring back the 1966-1982 golden age of Anatolian psychedelic rock, pioneered by Erkin Koray and Barl# Mango, complete with fuzz guitar, Hammond and Leslie pairings, analog synths, Farfisas, melodic riffs, and strong moustaches.
