The final album by CASIOPEA's celebrated second-era lineup—Issei Noro, Minoru Mukaiya, Tetsuo Sakurai, and Akira Jimbo—captures the explosive energy of the band's 1988 world tour, which took them through Brazil, Australia, Japan, Mexico, and the United States.

While the group released four live albums during their Alfa Records years, including the early classic "Thunder Live" and the fan-favorite "Mint Jams," this remains the only live album from their AURA/Polydor period, making it an invaluable document of the band's international touring activities at the height of their powers.

Reflecting the more direct and enthusiastic response of overseas audiences, the performances showcase a slightly wilder and more dynamic side of CASIOPEA, with greater emphasis on contrast and intensity than their studio recordings. The Japanese concerts featured special guest appearances by a horn section consisting of Horn Spectrum and TOPS Horns.
