Originally released on CD in 2005, Iwô-Jima Party was the fourth album by Obligaciones, a band from Vitoria-Gasteiz (Basque Country) operating in the dangerous territory between punk, garage, '70s hard rock and raw rock'n'roll. The band's musical DNA shares connections with Motörhead, Rory Gallagher, Cicatriz and The New Christs. Produced by Peio Riotegi, the album also includes a ferocious version of Otis Redding's "Love Man." BANG! Records now presents this overlooked Basque punk-rock powerhouse on vinyl for the very first time, strictly limited to 300 copies.
