Bim Skala Bim’s “Boston Blue Beat” sound is a mix of upbeat 2 tone ska, alt-rock, calypso and reggae - and the key to their signature sound is an unchanged line up since formation in 1983. In 2021, they treated fans to a brand new album entitled “Sonic Tonic”, proving once again why they are one of America’s premier bands who kickstarted ska’s third wave. The new album sparked interest in their back catalog, and 2025 saw the first "best of" volume featuring tracks from their first three albums released during the 1980s. The second volume is now upon us, with fifteen top tracks from all four albums released during the 1990s: “Bones”, “Eyes And Ears”, “Universal”, and “The One That Got Away”.
