Robert Ames’ Change Ringing on vinyl draws on memories of choirs, organs and distant bells to explore orchestral sound and electronic textures.

Written and recorded largely in a small Peak District studio, the album avoids fixed rhythmic patterns in favor of a spacious, drifting sense of time. Ames draws on his work as a conductor and arranger.
