Featuring the tracks ''Nikes on My Feet'' ''Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza'' and ''Knock Knock'' Miller's first entry on the Billboard Hot 100. The title an acronym for ''Kickin' Incredibly Dope Shit'' is a reference to the 1995 film Kids which is quoted throughout.
