📦 Placing an Order

You do not need an account to place an order. Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. During checkout, you will provide the necessary information to complete your purchase. If you choose to create an account during checkout, your information will be saved for future orders, making the process faster and easier next time.


🚚 Shipping

We use the most cost-effective traceable shipping options via USPS or UPS.

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock domestic and international orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Selecting an expedited shipping option does not reduce our standard processing time.
  • Customs Requirements: If your customs office requires a Tax ID for clearance, please include it in the order notes to avoid delays.

📝 Product Descriptions & Stock Photos

Our products are listed by both our team and suppliers. Occasionally, there may be discrepancies between the product description and the stock photo provided. Please keep the following in mind:

  • The product description takes priority over the stock photo. The item you receive will usually match the description, even if the stock photo displays a different image, different stickers, labels, or packaging.
  • Some stock photos may show exclusive retailer branding (e.g., hype stickers), but the actual product will align with the description provided, such as a limited edition European version.
  • These discrepancies do not qualify the product for a return or exchange. If you need clarification before purchasing, please contact us at cs@drownedworldrecords.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

💰 Discounts, Promo Codes, & Special Offers

We love offering discounts and special promotions! Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Eligibility: Promo codes apply to in-stock items only and cannot be used for pre-orders or items that are already on sale unless the promo clearly states this.
  • Inventory Limitations: Because we sell across multiple marketplaces, an item ordered during a sale may occasionally be sold out by the time we process your order.
  • Refunds: If an item purchased with a promo code or discount is out of stock at the time of processing, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We do not hold orders for out-of-stock items during sales.
