Various Artists - Hellblade I & Ii (Soundtrack) [2LP] (180 Gram)
Ninja Theory and Laced Records have forged a pact to bring an essential selection of tracks from Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and Senua's Saga: Hellblade II to vinyl. Sequenced by Ninja Theory composer and audio director David Garcia Diaz, this double LP features key themes from Ninja Theory's BAFTA-winning series where music echoes the emotions of the Celtic warrior Senua, immersing players in her inner world, struggles, and moments of courage as she perceives reality in a unique and unsettling way. For Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Diaz worked closely with electro-industrial pioneer and Norwegian singer Andy LaPlegua (Combichrist, Panzer AG) and Passarella Death Squad to create a musical pallete of unsettling beauty. Orchestral strings, pagan folk instruments, broken guitars and pounding percussion are woven together to give the score a richness and breadth that feels both ancient and modern, powerfully underscoring Senua's psychological journey. Senua's Saga: Hellblade II pushes the score into darker territory more rooted in the landscapes and cultures that Senua encounters, with recording sessions taking place in ice caverns in Iceland and the volcanic Mount Etna in Italy. Musical contributions from RashDash, whom players will recognize as the 'Furies' in the game, represent Senua's psyche: bending pitch from stability to instability, from beauty to strangeness, while ethereal whispers and deep, raw throat-singing from STFUR bring the roots, the growl, the spirit, and the spiritual.Release Date: April 17, 2026
