Thin Skin Diver (1991-1996) [LP]

Sukpatch - Thin Skin Diver (1991-1996) [LP]

Formed in Minneapolis in 1991, Sukpatch were the trio of Chris Heidman, Steve Cruze and Steve Hermann. Blending Pacific Northwest indie rock with early-'90s hip-hop, they became lo-fi pioneers and all but invented hip-hop-infused bedroom pop, starting out on homemade cassettes before their sound came together on the 1993 cult classic Lite Hits. Thin Skin Diver gathers their work from 1991 to 1996.
