We use the most cost-effective traceable shipping options through USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, we will always send you tracking information.

Processing Time

• In-stock items: Typically ship within 7 business days
• Items sourced from our distributor network (including most vinyl, CDs, and cassettes): May take 2–6+ weeks depending on availability
• Multi-item orders: If your order includes items with different availability timelines (e.g., an in-stock item alongside a distributor-sourced or pre-order item), the entire order will ship together once all items are available

Expedited Shipping Selecting an expedited shipping option applies to the carrier's transit time only — it does not reduce our processing time.

Customs Requirements For international shipments requiring customs clearance, please include your Tax ID in the order notes to avoid delays.

Free Shipping If your order qualifies for free shipping, the threshold is automatically recalculated based on fulfilled items only.
