I don't think he's ever been to Chicago, but he certainly has status on all sides of the City. This next 7" further cements that legacy and reputation. Outside of the first generation Warehouse / Music Box / Power Plant attendees, Giovanni just seems to get it while expanding and innovating. That perfect blend of tracky Italo early drum machine 'Bang The Box' type of proto-house electro soul. I lost track of how many records he's done with Star Creature now, but what a dynamite combo.
