Radio!! Radio!! [CD]

Erasure - Radio!! Radio!! [CD]

Radio!! Radio!! is Erasure's 20th studio album, released about 40 years after Andy Bell and Vince Clarke started the duo. Its ten songs deal with love, loss and injustice. They were written during a time of grief, but the record comes across as hopeful and defiant rather than gloomy. The lead single is "Wings Of Love".

The new element is Clarke's use of piano and acoustic guitar, which he says was partly inspired by Erik Satie. These add weight to the bright synth-pop the band is known for, while Bell's vocals stay at the center.

Available in the standard CD edition from Mute, in an eco-friendly card wallet with a 12-page booklet, or as a limited Blue CD Edition.
