The 10-track LP is a delectable collection of songs that glide from funk to R&B to rock, all united under the umbrella of a deftly arranged poptastic veneer, and lead singer CJ Johnson's powerhouse vocals. Eight years ago, Oh He Dead first came to life in Washington, D.C. when Johnson and singer/songwriter Andy Valenti formed a folk duo. The now six-piece band includes lead guitarist Alex ''Solo Sals'' Salser, drummer Adam ''Adrums'' Ashforth, and keyboardist Piano Whitman. Since their emergence onto the DMV caught the attention of .
