Robotic Futuristic [12" Ultra Clear Vinyl]

Plug - Robotic Futuristic [12" Ultra Clear Vinyl]

Following the 11-track “Variety Magic” in 2026, which saw Luke Vibert unearth and hand-pick a collection of forgotten jungle and drum & bass gems from his original mid-90s DAT archive, “Robotic Futuristic” digs even deeper into the same treasure trove. Four more raw, playful, and highly distinctive Plug cuts, drawn from the archive. The EP takes its title from one of the tracks and opens with Luke Vibert’s personal favorite: ‘Bring A F*ckin’ Army’. A full-on jungle workout driven by rolling breaks, heavyweight bass, and that unmistakable Plug funk.

Robotic Futuristic also marks the 17th anniversary of De:tuned, making this a particularly fitting release for the Belgian label.
