Jean-Michel Jarre - Oxygene (50th Anniversary) [CD]

Oxygène, first released in December 1976, is Jean-Michel Jarre's breakthrough album: a six-part instrumental suite of layered synthesizers and electronic textures, recorded largely alone in a home studio in Paris, that brought electronic music to a mass audience.

For its 50th anniversary, Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios returned to the original 1976 stereo mix to make a new high-resolution transfer. This BMG CD edition comes in a digisleeve with a 40-page booklet.
