Nine [Black & Gold Galaxy LP]

Russian Circles – Nine [Black & Gold Galaxy LP]

Chicago instrumental trio Russian Circles have spent their career crafting seismic, long-form, album-oriented soundtracks to tragedy and redemption, and Nine continues that unhurried evolution. As on Blood Year and Gnosis, they worked with engineer Kurt Ballou (Converge, Mastodon, High on Fire), tracking at Electrical Audio in Chicago. The result is the sound of a band that knows its terrain, leaning into its strengths across 'Borehole', 'Empath', 'Meridian' and 'Seventh Seal' while pushing at the edges of its sound.

This indie-exclusive edition is pressed on black and gold galaxy vinyl in a gatefold jacket.
