Madness – How the West Was One: Hammersmith Odeon, 23rd December 1980 [2LP]

Recorded at London's Hammersmith Odeon on 23 December 1980 and first broadcast in BBC Radio 1's Live in Concert series, How The West Was One catches Madness at the height of their early success, just after Absolutely. The set runs through "One Step Beyond", "My Girl", "Embarrassment", "Baggy Trousers" and "The Prince", plus covers of Prince Buster's "Madness" and an encore with the rarely heard "Crying Shame".
