Cambridge producer Matt Gresham, better known as Logistics, resurfaces after a three-year stretch of relative quiet with a sizeable new album landing via Hospital Records. Long associated with the label's brighter, melody-forward side of drum & bass since the mid-2000s, Logistics built his reputation on quicksilver breakbeats, airy synth work and a knack for writing tracks which sit comfortably between club sets and home listening. This new release leans fully into that instinct, spreading 24 fresh pieces across a double album format: 'Spacetime', 'Ghost Train', 'Smoke Machine', 'A Thousand Stars Breathing', 'Phoenix', 'Tangerine' and 'Time Travel' among them. The material appeared almost without warning, an ambush drop after years without a full-length, and runs the gamut from glossy rollers to more reflective, spacey sketches.
