Drift [LP]

Noah x Petter - Drift [LP]

Drift marks the debut collaboration between acclaimed Swedish bassist, producer and composer Petter Eldh and Berlin-based drummer Noah Fürbringer. Blending contemporary jazz, hip-hop-inspired rhythms, electronic textures and innovative sampling techniques, the album reflects the creative spirit of today's European music scene. Developed over several years, the project reimagines fragments of the artists' own musical history, transforming them into concise, richly layered compositions. Petter Eldh is widely recognized for his work across progressive and experimental jazz projects, while Noah Fürbringer has gained international attention through the award-winning Moses Yoofee Trio. A standout moment comes with a guest appearance by legendary rapper Talib Kweli, adding further crossover appeal. Positioned at the intersection of jazz, beat culture and electronic music, Drift offers strong relevance for adventurous listeners and contemporary record buyers alike.
