D.I. Go Pop [CD]

Disco Inferno – D.I. Go Pop [CD]

D.I. Go Pop is the 1994 album that made Disco Inferno cult heroes. The English trio wired their guitars and drums to samplers so that every strum and hit could trigger fragments of found sound, from rushing water to breaking glass, building a radical, disorienting world that pointed the way for post-rock and still sounds like nothing else.

Reissued on CD by One Little Independent Records as a UK import, with all eight tracks from 'In Sharky Water' to 'Footprints in Snow'.

1. In Sharky Water
2. New Clothes for the New World
3. Starbound: All Burnt Out & Nowhere to Go
4. A Crash at Every Speed
5. Even the Sea Sides Against Us
6. Next Year
7. A Whole Wide World Ahead
8. Footprints in Snow

Genre: Alternative Rock, Experimental Rock, Indie Rock, Post-Rock.
