Tomos – Cycles [12"]

On Cycles, Tomos maps the phases of a relationship, from first spark to heartbreak, seduction and a fresh start, through a free-flowing mix of jazz, disco, dub, broken beat and deep house. Trumpets, saxophones and flutes weave through dub echoes, broken-beat rhythms and driving disco basslines, and his tight production keeps it moving between dancefloor energy and early-evening warmth.
