Chelsea Girl [LP]

Nico - Chelsea Girl [LP]

Originally released in 1967, Chelsea Girl is the remarkable solo debut from Nico and one of the defining albums of the late-'60s underground. Recorded shortly after The Velvet Underground & Nico, it features contributions from Lou Reed, John Cale and Sterling Morrison alongside songs by Jackson Browne, Bob Dylan and Tim Hardin.

Produced by Tom Wilson, Chelsea Girl blends chamber folk, baroque pop and melancholic balladry on recordings such as "These Days," "The Fairest Of The Seasons" and "I'll Keep It With Mine." This reissue is pressed on transparent yellow vinyl.
