Caetano Veloso – Caetano Veloso [LP]

Caetano Veloso’s 1968 self-titled solo album combines Brazilian song forms with psychedelic pop and adventurous orchestration. Tropicália, Alegria, Alegria and Superbacana capture the record’s restless approach, while quieter passages reveal the range of his songwriting. This vinyl edition revisits a key album from the emergence of the Tropicália movement.
