Burning Floor [LP]

The Schizophonics – Burning Floor [LP]

San Diego's The Schizophonics play raw, turbo-charged rock 'n' roll that collides the fuzzed-out fury of The Stooges and MC5 with the sweat and showmanship of James Brown and Little Richard. Pat Beers' wild guitar and dancing ride on Lety Beers' R&B-infused drumming and Sarah Linton's Sabbath-inspired bass lines. Burning Floor, their fourth album, captures the trio at their most spontaneous, from the title track and 'Coyote' to 'Little Cobra' and 'Sister City'.

Recorded in San Diego at The Golden Ghost and K Studios and mixed and mastered at Rancho De La Luna in Joshua Tree. Released on vinyl LP by longtime fan Jello Biafra's Alternative Tentacles.
