Blue Boy [CD]

Ron Sexsmith - Blue Boy [CD]

Blue Boy is the fourth studio album from Canadian singer-songwriter Ron Sexsmith, originally released in 2001 and produced by Steve Earle. Recorded with a loose, live feel, it lets Sexsmith stretch into slightly rockier, funkier and more soulful territory than on his earlier records.

Highlights include the slice-of-life 'Cheap Hotel', the jangly 'Don't Ask Why', the finger-picked, faintly Cajun 'Tell Me Again' and the smoky, jazz-tinged 'Foolproof'. This edition is a CD in a jewel case.
