Ba Ba / Power Cut [7"]

The Reggae Boys & Glen Adams – Ba Ba / Power Cut [7"]

The first-ever reissue of a seriously rare 1969 boss reggae single. The Reggae Boys' 'Ba Ba', produced by Lee 'Scratch' Perry, was only issued once, in the UK on GAS, a Pama sublabel, and apparently never came out in Jamaica at all. A year later the song turned up on The Upsetters' Clint Eastwood LP, retitled 'What Is This' and credited to The Upsetters.

Backed with 'Power Cut', the terrific instrumental version, on 7-inch vinyl from Harlem Shuffle Records: its first time back on wax since the original 1969 pressing.

Genre: Reggae.
