Welcome My Last Chapter [2LP]

Vinterland - Welcome My Last Chapter [2LP]

Vinterland's only full-length album is one of the defining records of mid-90s Swedish melodic black metal, and it is often named alongside Dissection and Sacramentum. The trio recorded it at Unisound Studios in the winter of 1995. Dan Swanö contributed keyboards and helped create the album's cold, wintry atmosphere. The songs pair razor-sharp tremolo melodies with mournful, majestic passages, from 'Our Dawn of Glory' to the closing epic 'Wings of Sorrow'.

The band disappeared for years after its release, and the album grew into a cult classic. Vinterland are now back on stage to mark its thirtieth anniversary, and Black Lodge Records is issuing this new edition. It builds on the Swanö remaster made at Unisound, where the album was originally recorded.

This anniversary edition comes as a double LP, available on black or clear vinyl.
