Tough Under Fire [CD]

Tsunami - Tough Under Fire [CD]

Founded in the late '70s, Tsunami were pioneers of the San Francisco heavy metal scene, and their 1983 self-titled debut climbed to No. 60 on the Billboard chart with "The Runaround", a rare feat for an independent metal band at the time.

Released in 1990, Tough Under Fire kept the strong riffs and anthemic writing of their debut while moving toward a more sophisticated, melodic sound: an underrated classic for fans of Dokken and Judas Priest. Fully remastered, with rare photos, liner notes and lyrics, plus a bonus track.
