Horrible experience overall. Order this as a birthday present, it arrived very late past the 3-7 business day shipping window. When I reached out to customer service, it felt argumentative and not at all like they cared. Was so excited to order this for my brother and to order from an independent place rather than Amazon, but the shipping and customer experience made me never want to shop here again.
