The Black Dog And The Wandering Boy [Khakis Vinyl + Autographed Cover]

James McMurtry — The Black Dog And The Wandering Boy [Khakis Vinyl + Autographed Cover]

James McMurtry’s The Black Dog & the Wandering Boy collects rough-hewn story songs and sharply drawn characters shaped by Americana, barroom harmonies, banjo and harmonica. Sarah Jarosz contributes to the album, which balances dry humor with darker reflections on memory, family and mortality. Khaki-colored vinyl edition with an autographed cover.
